What is Wingate Village?
Wingate Village is a HASU developed subdivision that includes rental homes. Wingate Village consists of three and four bedroom townhomes, which includes 20 affordable rental homes and 2 market rate rental homes.
How Do I Apply?
To apply for the townhomes, pick up an application at the Cinema Court office, located at 1036 Millcreek Dr #64, Moab, UT 84532, and return it to the office or email it to cinemacourt@sellersgroup.net when the application is completed. You can also fax your application to 435-259-2602.
