Cinema Court Apartments
What are the Cinema Court Apartments?
Cinema Court was developed by HASU in 2012 and is one of Moab’s newest affordable housing developments. This 60-unit affordable housing complex offers one, two, and three bedroom units which are grouped in nine buildings facing a central courtyard complete with a playground.
Income restrictions apply and a tiered rent structure serves residents at 55% AMI (Area Median Income) and below.
How Do I Apply?
If you would like to apply for the Cinema Court Apartments, fill out an application, which can be picked up at the Cinema Court offices, and return it to Cinema Court located at 1036 Millcreek Drive #64, Moab, UT 84532. You can also fax your completed application to 435-259-2602 or email it to cinemacourt@sellersgroup.net.
