The Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah (HASU) provides affordable housing options to moderate and low-income families in Grand and San Juan Counties. HASU helps families realize the dream of home-ownership through our Mutual Self Help Program and our CROWN rent to own program. HASU manages the Virginian Apartments, and the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8). The Cinema Court Apartments, the Wingate Village Apartments, and MAPS Senior Apartments are developed and owned by HASU (managed by The Sellers Group). HASU is dedicated to promoting affordable housing and economic opportunities in the Moab and surrounding area.

The mission of the Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah is to ‘Develop, manage, and promote safe; high-quality; and energy efficient housing opportunities for low; very low; and moderate income individuals and families to enhance lives and communities in Southeastern Utah. The Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah strives to work with community organizations to provide the highest possible service for all residents of Southeastern Utah. We strive to provide Affordable Housing so that low income individuals and families may use resources to better themselves and their families and to enrich communities in Southeastern Utah.
